Woods and Finishes:
All of our kitchens are made from premium grade solid hardwood and hardwood veneered moisture resistant board, with hardwood edging. Handles and pulls are made from solid hardwood, as are kick-plates and vulnerable edges.

Finish: 2% dead matt; 10% semi-matt; 25% satin

Stains: Light-fast stain in 42 shades

We include great-quality appliances in all our kitchens, and we’ve pulled together a special selection of particularly good options for our set-Menu kitchens from trusted brands including Neff and Samsung.
However, if you have your heart set on a specific appliance or brand, or you want to source something high-end or unusual, we can help.

Drawer Linings
Drawers and linings are one of our favourite things to design and make. It’s a chance to create hidden details that are a delight to see every time you use your kitchen.
Your drawers will be made by hand in cabinet-grade birch ply, and we include a divided cutlery drawer, divided utensil drawer, and two-box bin drawer in all our kitchens.

Worktops
We include top-quality Caesarstone Organic White in our Set-Menu kitchen. This mottled white quartz goes really beautifully with our woodwork, and has a lovely subtle grain.
But there are a million choices when it comes to worktops, and we can help you choose something special if you’d like.
Included:
Caesarstone ‘Organic White’ quartz worktops, with 100mm up-stand, plus matching worktop in pantry cabinet.

Pantry Cabient
A pantry cabinet is one of the most useful spaces in your kitchen. A place to store dry ingredients, bread, and cereals, as well as wine, glasses and bottles. You can also hide away small appliances like blenders and mixers so they don’t monopolies valuable prep space. Pantry cabinets really are a TARDIS of great quality storage.
We believe that a good pantry cupboard is so vital to creating a kitchen you’ll love, that it’s already included in every kitchen we make as standard. This includes lining out the inside with your chosen worktop!
Included:
Double-width pantry cabinet with full width shelves across back, 10 wine bottle pockets, and hanging space for glasses. Base of cabinet lined in worktop stone.

Installation
When your kitchen is ready to install, we’ll arrange a time to fit that’s good for you, and coordinates with any other building work you’re undertaking. Two of our expert furniture makers will bring all your cabinetry and appliances, lift them into place, and begin the process of fitting your kitchen. It usually takes 3-4 days to complete, then it’s ready for worktop templating and services connections.
Though we include installation in our costings, you are welcome to have your own contractor or fitter complete the work, and our installation fees will be removed accordingly. In this instance, we can deliver your cabinetry and appliances to your home, or you can arrange for collection from our workshop.

Cabinetry and applaincesw fitted by our expert furniture makers, with worktops templated and fitted by our trusted stone partner.
Choices:
You can choose to remove installation if you would prefer your own contractor to fit your kitchen.
Vat
We don’t understand why some companies in our sector give prices excluding vat, as it’s disingenuous to suggest that vat need not be added to the bill. We always include vat at 20% in all our costings, so you know where you are, and there are no nasty surprises.

We include at 20% vat in all our costings, unless you've asked us to provide costs ex vat.
Choices:
If your project qualifies for a reduced level of vat, for instance when two dwellings are being combined into one, just let us know. We can tell you about the documentation needed, and adjust the vat accordingly.
