HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE
Quoting
To receive a quote, please email drawings of your project to us at trade@hmillerbros.co.uk.
Drawings should include dimensioned plans and elevations. If specific materials, finishes, appliances, and sanitary ware have been selected, please indicate these too. We can advise on specification if this is helpful for you.
We'll then work up a trade price including appliances, worktops, delivery and installation.
STEP TWO
Detailed design and sign-off
Once you've reviewed our quote, and you've decided to proceed, we ask for a 10% design deposit, so we can produce detailed construction drawings, 3D visuals and materials samples.
When you're ready to sign-off the design, we ask for a 1/3 payment, and begin the making process.
STEP THREE
Making and installation
Making usually takes around 10-12 weeks, and we encourage you (and your client) to visit our workshop during this time to see their project come to life.
Once ready for delivery, we ask for the next 1/3 payment, carefully pack your cabinets, and liaise with you about a convenient time to deliver and install.
When the installation is complete, all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed, and you and your client are delighted, we'll give you the final bill.
